Post an announcement in the church bulletin...
...5 weeks before selling and every Sunday thereafter. Also place fliers in classrooms and church bulletin boards. Inform other committee chairs of the ornaments so they can announce it at their meetings and ask for support. Also announce what the money will be used for such as hymnals, camp, robes, etc. After church, take orders.

Begin taking orders when announcements begin.
Make sure you contact all church alumni. Everyone will want a memento of your church. If you would like to have an ornament every year, make sure people know this will be a collectible series and that this is the first! You can do a different profile of the church or elements within the church.
